Chestertons Successfully Delivers The Executive Centre’s First Premium Office in KAFD, Riyadh

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – October 15, 2025 – Chestertons has successfully completed and handed over The Executive Centre’s (TEC) first premium workspace at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Building 3.09, 7th Floor which marks a key milestone in the firm’s growing project management portfolio across the Kingdom. 

Appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC), Chestertons oversaw the project from tendering through completion. Its scope encompassed project management, design coordination between TEC, the design consultant Infinity, and the contractor Interior Connection; procurement management; cost control; and quality assurance throughout construction. Chestertons also played a pivotal role in stakeholder coordination—particularly with the KAFD landlord to secure timely design and site approvals, and with TEC’s operation and design teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s global standards. 

Spanning 3,400 m², the Riyadh centre represents TEC’s first presence within KAFD, one of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent business districts. The project stands out not only for its strategic location but also for the premium fit-out quality achieved under tight operational and regulatory constraints, including landlord approvals, MEP load limitations, and multi-vendor coordination. The design integrates high-end finishes, acoustic partitions, ergonomic furniture, and advanced IT/AV systems, consistent with TEC’s international standards for workspace functionality and comfort. Additionally, energy-efficient lighting and air ventilation systems were implemented to meet KAFD’s sustainability and operational requirements. 

Through structured programme management, risk mitigation, and proactive coordination, Chestertons ensured the project was delivered on time and within budget. Weekly progress reviews, early identification of design and procurement issues, and close monitoring of contractor performance enabled seamless stakeholder collaboration and successful operational readiness by July 2025.
